Scientific Program
The Opening Session starts at 09:00 AM on Thursday, October 10 at The Lotte New York Palace. The meeting will take place on the 2nd floor of the hotel in the Villard Ballroom and Reid Salon.
Registration Desk Hours:
Thursday, October 10, 2019: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday, October 11, 2019: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Exhibition Opening Hours:
The exhibition located in the Reid Salon and will be open during the following hours:
Thursday, October 10, 2019: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday, October 11, 2019: 10:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Congress Kit and Name tag:
Name tags are included in your personal congress kit. Please wear your name tag during all sessions and social events.
Welcome Reception:
The ART Welcome Reception will be held on Wednesday, October 10, 2019 at 5:00 PM in the Madison Room. All faculty and registered participants are invited to join us!
Certificate of Attendance:
All registered participants will receive an email containing a username and password following the congress. Participants will be asked to log in with their username and password on a special link via the congress website. Once logged in, your certificate of attendance will be available for download.
Speakers’ Presentations:
Speakers are requested to visit the technician in the speakers’ corner no later than 2 hours prior to the session for which they are scheduled to speak and upload their presentation. The speakers’ corner will operate during registration desk opening hours and will be located outside of the lecture hall.
Poster Presentations:
Abstract Posters will be available for viewing on-site over the 2 days of the Congress, in 2 groups: Group A on Thursday (October 10th) and Group B on Friday (October 11th)
- Posters should be mounted on the day of their presentation on the boards provided on-site, no later than 10:00AM.
- Mounting material will be provided by the Congress Secretariat.
- Poster presenters should plan to be beside their posters to answer questions during the breaks as scheduled in the Program.
- Posters should be dismantled no later than 5:00 PM on the day of their presentation.
- The Congress Organizer is not responsible for posters that are not removed on time!
Visas:
Some participants may require a visa in order to enter the USA. Please check with your local Consulate or Embassy. Please remember that obtaining an entry visa is your own responsibility.
Liability:
The Congress Secretariat and organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, loss of, or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the ART Congress. Participants are expected to make their own arrangements for health and travel insurance.

Complimentary transport bus to ASRM:
On the evening of Friday, October 11th, the ART congress will offer a complementary transfer to the ASRM congress in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
